TE Group (Est. 1971) has over the years expanded from a trading house specializing in Textiles to a diversified family holding group encompassing a wide range of services and products. The group has over the years partnered with other multinational firms and companies in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Americas to promote Pakistani products specially Textile made ups, Rice and Steel.

The group’s activities are divided into multiple distinct companies that span from commercial contracting, mining & minerals, trading, textiles, logistics and consultancy. The company also has operational affiliates in the United States, United Kingdom and China.

The group has steadily expanded its offerings by developing offshoots of internal divisions and core competencies gained through the group’s own projects. In 2006, the company branched out with it's ACPL affiliate as a leading provider of consultancy services for the financial and business sector. In 2011, the group has also expanded into providing complete logistics and supply chain solutions through its ExLog division.

In recent years, the group has also expanded into the minerals sector, setting up a vertically integrated Mining & Mineral Resources subsidiary. This includes securing mining leases for various minerals in Pakistan, as well as setting up a complete minerals processing unit in the Downstream Industrial Estate of Pakistan Steel Mills.
